George's DELICIOUS Homemade Granola (!!)

NYCFITfam Granola


1. 4 cups Rolled Oats
2. ½ cup Steel Cut Oats
3. ¼ cup chopped Walnuts
4. 1 teaspoon Turmeric
5. ¼ cup currents
6. ¼ cup Raisins
7. 1 teaspoon Molasses
8. 4 tablespoons Agave
9. 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup
10. 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast

Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir. Make sure to mix thoroughly.
Pre-heat over to 425 degrees
Place mixture on a large flat pan covered with one sheet of parchment paper and spread to an even layer.
Place in oven for 15 minutes, then remove tray and stir mixture so the bottom of the layer is on top.
Reset to an even layer and bake another 10 minute.
Let the granola fully cool, add a pinch of sea salt and mix together.
