1 lb 94% Lean Ground Turkey Meat
1 Small Clove of Elephant Garlic
1.5 Cups Raw Kale
2 oz Red Onion
½ Large Avocado
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Place ground turkey in a large bowl.
Mince onion, kale and garlic in a processor and add to bowl. Mix in room temperature avocado
Until is fully integrated into the turkey. There should be no chunks.
Grease meatloaf pan one with (1) tablespoon of grapeseed oil,or use your favorite cooking spray. Place mixture in pan making sure to spread out evenly.
Cook for up to 40 minutes depending on your oven, the top should be golden brown.
Take out of the oven and let it rest. Make approximately 5-6 slices.
